浅谈机械制造业事业部制利润中心的管理

【摘  要】随着机械制造业的快速发展，其规模不断扩大，传统的管理模式已经无法满足现代机械制造行业相关企业的管理需求。事业部制是一种新型的管理模式，在大型企业中得到了广泛应用，而且根据实践结果来看，其不仅能解决由多样化经营造成的管理问题，还能实现分级管理、分级核算，对提高企业整体管理效率具有显著作用。论文主要介绍了我国机械制造业的发展现状、事业部制的作用以及事业部制利润中心的具体管理策略。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of the machinery manufacturing industry， its scale continues to expand. The traditional management mode has been unable to meet the management needs of relevant enterprises in the modern machinery manufacturing industry. The divisional system is a new management mode， which is widely used in large enterprises. According to its practical results， it can not only solve the management problems caused by diversified operation， but also realize hierarchical management and hierarchical accounting， which plays a significant role in improving the overall management efficiency of enterprises. This paper mainly introduces the development status of China's machinery manufacturing industry， the role of divisional system and the specific management strategies of profit center based on divisional system.

1 引言

机械制造业的发展推动了相关企业的长足进步，并且在不断摸索和发展的过程中，很多企业研究了多种管理模式，根据这些管理模式的实践效果来看，事业部制模式在事业部管理中起到了一定的作用。事业部指的是依据某个地区、产品或客户，将相关产品研发、制造等部门整合为一个独立的单位，构建利润中心，并实行分级管理、分级核算、自负盈亏，并且各事业部需要严格遵循等价交换的原则。因此，在企业内部运用事业部制的模式，形成一套完善的管理体制，对促进企业的健康平稳发展非常有利。

2 机械制造业的发展现状

在改革开放政策的有效实施下，我国机械制造行业的发展十分迅速，大大提高了机械制造水平。在传统机械制造业中主要追求产量，然后在满足产量需求之后开始追求产品质量，再到如今对产品技术的创新升级给予了高度重视。……
