低碳经济背景下新能源产业集群动力机制分析

【摘  要】论文对低碳经济背景下新能源产业集群的发展背景进行了综合分析，发现构建新能源产业集群是满足国内能源需求、开展节能减排和开发新能源的必然要求，并提出了新能源产业集群的特点。此外，论文对低碳经济背景下新能源产业集群的动力机制进行了重点探究，提出其动力机制包括社会因素、政治因素等外部因素以及运输成本低、产业价值链拉长等内部因素，最后论述了新能源产业集群的演化路径，以期促进我国新能源产业发展。

【Abstract】This paper comprehensively analyzes the development background of new energy industry cluster under the background of low-carbon economy， finds that the construction of new energy industry cluster is the inevitable requirement to meet domestic energy demand， carry out energy conservation and emission reduction and develop new energy， and puts forward the characteristics of new energy industry clusters. In addition， the paper emphatically studies the dynamic mechanism of new energy industry cluster under the background of low-carbon economy， puts forward that its dynamic mechanism includes external factors such as social factor and political factor， as well as internal factors such as low transportation cost and elongated industry value chain， and finally discusses the evolution path of new energy industry cluster， so as to promote the development of China's new energy industry.

1 引言

低碳經济时代的到来为新能源集群化发展带来了巨大的优势。现阶段，影响新能源产业集群化的原因主要有外部因素和内部因素，动力机制比较复杂，对新能源产业的集约化发展从不同角度产生了一定的影响。由于全球气候变暖，环境不断被破坏，煤炭和石油等不可再生能源面临着枯竭的风险，因而低碳经济理念一经提出就被联合国所重视，同时也是每个国家所重点关注的话题。为进一步促进我国新能源产业的发展，需要深入分析其集群的动力机制，因此，本文从内部动力和外部动力两个大的方向对低碳经济背景下新能源产业集群动力机制进行了深入的分析，同时，对新能源产业集群的背景、基本特征和演化路径等内容展开了探讨。
