经济管理类产学研结合创新创业人才培养模式研究

摘要我国高等教育开展产学研的时间相对较短，但对于我国高等教育来讲确实具有十分重要的意义，更是进一步发展高等教育的必由之路、根本之路，必须坚定不移地按照这一方向走下去。通过深入研究经济管理类产学研结合的特点，创造了一些适合经济管理类创新创业的产学研一体化人才培养、工学交替以及订单式等多种人才培养模式，这对于我国学习借鉴国外的先进方法和经验，深入探索经济管理类产学研紧密结合人才培养模式，提高我国经济管理类人才培养质量具有重大现实意义。

Research on the Training Mode of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents with the Combination of Industry， University and Research in Economic Management

AbstractThe development of production， study and research in China’s higher education is relatively short. Egg is indeed of great significance for China’s higher education， and it is the only and fundamental way to further develop higher education. We must unswervingly follow this direction. Through in-depth study of the characteristics of the combination ofindustry， Universityand research in economic management， wehavecreateda numberoftalent training modes suitable for innovation and entrepreneurship in economic management， such as the integration of industry， University and research， the alternation of work and learning， and the order type. This will help China learn from foreign advanced methods and experience， and deeply explore the talent training mode of the close combination of industry， University and research in economic management， It is of great practical significance to improve the training quality of economic and management talents in China.

1產学研结合即相关概念的关系

产学研结合即教学、科研、生产三结合。据《教育大辞典》阐释：“大学教育应将学生参与科研及具体实训紧密结合并将其当作教育中核心部分同时和专业教学密切融合。”产学研结合最早于1958年教育改革运动中由若干高校提出并得到普遍推广，旨在使学生建立脑力劳动与体力劳动结合的观点，养成正确的世界观、人生观，受到理论联系实际的训练，成为既掌握理论知识，又了解生产和社会实际，且具有一定研究能力和生产技能的人。我国高校历年承担着教学与科研双重任务，在高职院校“产学结合”“产教结合”与“产学研结合”可视为同质概念。但在论及高职以外的职业教育时，似乎用“产学结合”“产教结合”更为恰当。产学结合或产教结合是产业部门与教育机构的有机结合，产学研结合也是指相应单位和机构的结合。……
