新工科背景下信管专业多主体协同培养模式研究

摘要新一轮技术革命催生了新业态、新模式，也给信管专业人才培养带来新的挑战和机遇，信管专业培养模式必须要紧跟时代发展进行优化与创新。本文对新形势下信管专业人才培养面临的困境进行了剖析，基于新工科理念提出了构建多主体协同培养模式的思路，并对协同保障机制的完善进行了探讨。

Research on Multi-subject Cooperative Cultivation Model of Information Management Major under the Background of New Engineering

AbstractThe new round of technological revolution has given birth to new formats and models， and it also brings new challenges and opportunities to the talents cultivation of information management and information system major. The cultivation model of information management and information system major must be optimized and innovated in keeping with the development of the times. Based on the changes of social needs in the new era， this paper analyzes the talent cultivation difficulties faced by the information management and information system major， proposes the idea of constructing a multi-agent collaborative cultivation model based on the new engineering concept， and discusses the improvement of the collaborative guarantee mechanism.

信息管理與信息系统专业（后面简称为“信管专业”）是随着信息化的发展应运而生的，旨在培养满足信息化建设与管理需要的复合型、应用型人才，目前国内高校信管专业普遍存在人才培养模式陈旧，不能适应社会需求变化的困境。

“新工科”是基于我国战略发展需求，为应对新经济、新模式的挑战，加快培养高层次、创新型工程技术人才而提出的。[1-2]产学研融合、多主体协同是其核心理念，该理念强调人才培养主体的多元化，即构建以高校为主，企业、科研机构、政府等多元主体共同参与的人才培养格局。[3]多主体协同培养模式能有效推动高等教育与社会经济融合发展，体现了高等教育现代化的要求，更是实现“新工科”建设的重要途径。

多主体协同人才培养理念为信管专业人才培养模式改革与创新提供了新思路，本文对新形势下信管专业人才培养模式存在的问题进行剖析，基于新工科理念提出多主体协同培养模式的构建思路，并对保障机制的完善进行探讨，本文对应用型本科院校信管及相近专业培养体系的优化和完善具有一定的参考借鉴价值。……
