从过程管理视角优化大学生小组作业

摘要若要充分释放小组作业的潜能，必须优化小组作业的设计与完成过程。小组作业的优化应借鉴过程管理的思想，因其正是对过程优化的研究。该论文主张运用过程管理思想对小组作业进行优化，介绍了过程管理的核心原理与主要发展历程，提出教师可依照过程管理的步骤，对小组作业的设计与完成进行梳理，明確小组作业过程中的步骤和关键，师生共同探讨优化作业过程的可能性。

Optimizing Group Assignment from the Perspective of Process Management

AbstractIn order to maximize the benefits ofgroup assignment， theprocess ofdesigningand completinggroup work must be optimized. Such optimization should draw on the idea of process management， for the latter is the scientific studyofprocess optimization. Thisthesisgivesa briefintroduction toprocessmanagement，andadvocatesthat teachers should design group assignments according to the principles of process management， identify the key steps， monitor the completion， and discuss the possibility of optimization with the students.

1小组作业在大学课堂教学中的地位作用

小组作业一般是指若干名学生组成一个学习团队，分工协作，在课堂内外共同完成一项任务的教学形式。在当代大学课堂中，小组作业已蔚然成风。据报道，我国大学生在读期间几乎都做过小组作业，部分院校和专业的学生甚至平均每周都有小组作业。小组作业如此普遍，原因主要有三：（1）小组作业对提高学习效率和学生素质有积极作用。若运用得当，小组作业可鼓励小组成员之间相互学习，深化对知识的理解掌握。更为重要的是，学生在协作过程中培养沟通、协作、领导、解决问题等能力，为其未来职场发展打下坚实基础。（2）教师可以通过观察、指导学生完成小组作业来了解学生个体，提高工作效率；小组作业在客观上减少了提交的作业份数，相应地也减轻了教师的压力。（3）部分教育工作者将小组作业视为时髦，也在一定程度上导致小组作业“泛滥”。……
