新时期民办高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设浅析

摘要新时期党和国家对思想政治理论课建设的要求更加严格，其学科建设的关键在队伍建设。民办高校在思想政治理论课教师（简称思政课教师，下同）队伍建设方面存在重视力度不够、教学任务重、队伍不够稳定等共性问题。在建党一百周年之际，民办高校站在历史的新起点要把握机遇，结合自身实际，在提高思想站位、完善考核制度、重视完善培养机制、加强党委的政治核心作用、推动学科建设等方面做出努力，致力于加强思政课教师队伍建设。

A Brief Analysis on the Construction of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in Private Colleges or Universities in the New Period

AbstractIn the new period， our country and the Communist Party of China have stricter requirements on the construction ofideological and political theory courses， especially paying attention to its teachers’ team building. There are some common problems in the construction of ideological and political theory teachers（hereinafter referred to as ideological and political teachers， the same below）， such as insufficient emphasis， heavy teaching tasks and unstable teaching team. On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China （CPC）， standing at a new historical starting point， private colleges and universities should seize the opportunity and make efforts to improve their ideological standing and the assessment system， attach importance to the construction of the training mechanism， strengthen the political core role of the party committee， promote the construction of disciplines， and devote themselves to strengthening the construction of ideological and political teachers’ team.

习近平强调办好思想政治理论课，最根本的是要全面贯彻党的教育方针，解决好培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人这个根本问题。办好思想政治理论课关键在教师，关键在发挥教师的积极性、主动性、创造性。[1]思政课教师队伍承担着为国家培养有用人才的重大职责，教师队伍建设是关系党和国家建设千秋伟业、中华民族伟大复兴的重大课题。

1目前民办高校思政课教师队伍现状

1.1重视力度不够

2018年教育部印发的《新时代高校思想政治理论课教学工作基本要求》明确规定，要落实高校主体责任，全面提升教学质量，进一步完善面向全体教师、全部课堂的各项工作制度。思想政治理论课作为实践指导意义重大的理论学科应当建立由不低于学校各行政部门级别的机构牵头，学校各部门之间相互配合的教学管理体制，建立健全相关体系，推动各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行，形成协同效应。……
