OBE理念下师范专业大学生志愿活动创新探究

摘要OBE理念下，大学生志愿活动理应成为培养师范专业大学生毕业要求的有效路径和重要载体。然而，在具体实践中，大学生志愿活动还存在目标不明确、组织不完整、过程敷衍、反馈不充分等问题，其对师范专业人才培养目标的促进也受到一些因素的限制。基于OBE人才培养新理念，细化设计相关志愿活动，调动各方积极性优化实施过程，结合师范生志愿者的特点开展OBE专业技能培训，对于师范专业大学生的OBE人才培养具有重要意义。

On the Innovation of Volunteer Activities of Normal College Students under the Concept of OBE

AbstractUnder the concept of OBE， college students’ voluntary activities should become an effective path and important carrier to cultivate the graduation requirements of normal college students. However， in specific practice， there are still some problems in collegestudents’voluntary activities， such as unclear objectives， incompleteorganization，perfunctory process and insufficientfeedback. Its promotion of thetraining objectivesofnormal professionalsisalso limitedbysomefactors.Based on thenewconceptofOBEtalenttraining，itisofgreatsignificancefortheOBEtalenttrainingofnormalcollegestudentstorefine thedesignofrelevantvolunteeractivities，mobilizetheenthusiasmofallparties，optimizetheimplementationprocess，andcarry outOBEprofessionalskilltrainingin combination withthecharacteristicsofnormalcollegestudents’volunteers.

0引言

依據国家基础教育和中学课程改革发展要求，近年来，各类师范专业确立了“产出导向教育理念（简称为OBE）”的改革发展方向。基于OBE理念要求，师范专业大学生毕业时，需从“师德规范、教育情怀、学科素养、教学能力、班级指导、综合育人、学会反思、沟通合作”八个方面完成人才培养目标。为实现以上毕业要求，师范专业的人才培养必须综合利用课堂教学、专业实习、课外实践活动等多个环节。在课外实践环节中，大学生志愿活动的OBE人才培养功能很值得关注。大学生志愿活动是指大学生利用自己的空闲时间，充分运用已经掌握的知识和能力，为社会公益事业贡献力量，不求回报的为他人和社会提供服务的活动。[1]这类活动的开展为师范生OBE人才培养提供了新路径。
