MRC肌功能矫治器对替牙列牙弓宽度变化的影响研究

摘要：目的：探讨MRC肌功能矫治器对替牙列牙弓宽度变化的具体影响。方法：选取2016年-2019年在笔者医院正畸科接受治疗的80例替牙期错牙合畸形患儿（其中男女各40例，年龄7～10岁，平均年龄为8.02±1.64岁）为研究对象，比较矫治前后上下牙列牙弓前、后段宽度及对应上下颌牙弓宽度差的变化，对数值进行统计学分析。结果：MRC肌功能矫治效果下，上颌前段牙弓宽度明显增加，差异有显著性（P<0.05），后牙段牙弓宽度稍增加，但差异无显著性（P>0.05）;下颌前、后段牙弓宽度均有变化，但无显著差异（P>0.05）;错合畸形患者的上下颌牙弓宽度差有变化，乳尖牙处牙弓宽度差有显著性差异（P<0.05），磨牙牙弓宽度差无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论：MRC肌功能矫治器主要对替牙列牙弓前段宽度变化有显著意义，为其在临床适应症的选择提供参考。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the specific effect of the MRC muscle function appliance on the change of the width of the alternate dentition. Methods： From 2016 to 2019， 50 cases of malocclusion children （25 cases of male and female， age 7 to 10 years old， average age 8.02±1.64 years） who were treated in the Department of Orthodontics of the author’s hospital were selected as the study subjects compared the changes in the width of the anterior and posterior segments of the upper and lower dentition before and after the treatment and the corresponding differences in the width of the upper and lower jaws. The values were analyzed statistically. Results： Under the effect of MRC muscle function appliance， the width of the maxillary anterior segment of the dental arch was significantly increased， and the difference was significant （P<0.05）， and the posterior segment of the arch width was slightly increased， but the difference was not significant （P>0.05）; The width of the posterior dental arch changes， but there is no significant difference （P>0.05）; There is a change in the width of the upper and lower jaw in patients with malocclusion， and the difference in the width of the dental arch at the primary canine is significantly different （P<0.05） ; There was no significant difference in the width of molar arch width （P>0.05）. Conclusion： MRC muscle function appliance is mainly of significant significance for the change of the width of the anterior segment of the alternate dentition， which provides a reference for the selection of clinical indications. 替牙期是兒童牙、颌、面发育的关键时期，也是儿童生长发育的高峰期。由Chris Farrell设计的MRC肌功能矫治器，融合了肌功能矫治和错畸形矫治的理论，通过重新训练口周肌群、破除口腔不良习惯，来矫治错合畸形和改善面型，其对于处于青春期生长高峰前的儿童具有独特优势[1]。然而，MRC肌功能矫治器对替牙期各类错合畸形牙弓宽度变化的深入研究极少，鉴于此，本研究探讨分析了MRC肌功能矫治器在儿童错合畸形早期的治疗中对上下颌牙弓宽度的影响，期望为MRC肌功能矫治器临床适应症的选择提供理论依据。……
