地塞米松溶液联合水胶体敷料治疗PICC置管后皮肤过敏的临床效果

摘要：目的：研讨治疗PICC置管后皮肤过敏使用地塞米松溶液联合水胶体敷料的临床效果和价值。方法：回顾性方式进行此研究，纳入我院2020.1--2021.10内46例PICC置管后皮肤过敏患者并随机分组（每组23例），其中对照组地塞米松溶液常规治疗，观察组联合水胶体敷料治疗;观察临床疗效以及治疗前后患者舒适度改善情况。结果：临床疗效分析：观察组高达95.65%，对照组为69.56%，两组数据对比，P<0.05（x2=5.4473）。治疗后观察组患者GCQ分值高，舒适度较高，数据和对照组对比，P<0.05。结论：地塞米松溶液联合水胶体敷料治疗PICC置管后皮肤过敏效果显著，可提高临床疗效并改善患者预后。

Abstract： Objective： To study the clinical effect and value of dexamethasone solution combined with hydrocolloid dressing for the treatment of skin allergies after PICC intubation. Methods： This study was conducted in a retrospective manner. 46 patients with skin allergies after PICC intubation in our hospital from 2020.1 to 2021.10 were included and randomized （23 cases in each group）. The control group was treated with dexamethasone solution routinely， and the observation group was combined with water Colloidal dressing treatment; observe the clinical efficacy and the improvement of patient comfort before and after treatment. Results： Clinical efficacy analysis： the observation group was as high as 95.65%， and the control group was 69.56%. The comparison of the two groups’ data， P<0.05 （x2=5.4473）. After treatment， patients in the observation group had a high GCQ score and a high degree of comfort. The data was compared with the control group， P<0.05. Conclusion： Dexamethasone solution combined with hydrocolloid dressing is effective in treating skin allergies after PICC intubation， which can improve clinical efficacy and improve patient prognosis.

醫疗技术的发展和完善，外周置入中心静脉导管（PICC）在临床中的应用范围不断扩大，尤其适合于不宜外周静脉输注的药物和营养液;临床研究指出，PICC的使用可避免反复静脉穿刺对患者带来的伤害，也可减少毒性药物对机体血管内膜造成的刺激，确保临床治疗顺利开展的同时提升治疗效果。但随着临床研究的深入，发现PICC的使用会引起相关感染，其中又以局部皮肤感染、过敏最为常见，继而影响治疗效果的同时降低护理质量[1]。可见，对PICC置管后皮肤过敏患者采取针对性的治疗措施至关重要。

1. 资料和方法
