摘要智能制造发展时代,信息技术与产业发展的深度融合,带动了产业变革发展,对新时期人才培养和教育提出了更高的要求。要更好地适应智能制造产业发展和岗位技能要求,高职院校教育教学活动中,必须了解时代发展需求,积极转变课堂教学观念,在课堂教学中结合工作环境,加强与企业的合作,人才培养方案中综合考虑企业人才需求,重视构建多方面、多形式的教学模式,才能培养更多符合社会发展需求的高技能人才,适应智能制造时代的发展。文章主要结合智能制造产业发展对人才技能的要求,分析了如何转变教学模式,提升智能制造背景下学生的可持续发展能力。

AbstractIn the era of intelligent manufacturing development, the deep integration of information technology and industrial development has driven the industrial transformation and development, and put forward higher requirements for personnel training and education in the new era.In order to better adapt to the development of intelligent manufacturing industry and the requirements of post skills,higher vocational colleges must understand the development needs of the times, actively change the concept of classroom teaching, combine the working environment in classroom teaching, strengthen cooperation with enterprises, comprehensively consider the needs of enterprises in talent training program, and pay attention to the construction of multi-faceted and multi form teaching mode, only in this way can we cultivate more high skilled talents who meet the needs of social development and adapt to the development of intelligent manufacturing era. This paper mainly analyzes how to change the teaching mode and improve the sustainable development ability of students in the background of intelligent manufacturing.

互联网和信息技术的高速发展,智能制造推动我国制造业的升级,朝着智能化、自动化等方向发展,强化工业基础,提升质量,发展制造业等内容,引起了社会的关注,互联网为大众创新和万众创业提供了新的契机,在此发展背景下,要了解产业升级发展带来的新职位和岗位内涵的变化调整,分析企业高质量人才难得的现状,针对当前高职教育实践现状,将创新创业教育与机电专业人才培养有效结合,培养提升学生的可持续发展能力,包括知识技能学习、技术运用、信息搜集处理、沟通理解及团队协作等能力,积极调整课堂教学模式,重视引导学生革新思想,将个人价值与职业发展规划有效结合,培养工匠精神,才能更好地推动产业转型发展。……
