运用品管圈质量改进工具降低静脉输液穿刺失败率的实践

摘要：目的 研究品管圈活动的开展和品管圈质量改进工具的运用对于静脉输液穿刺失败率的影响。方法 组建品管圈活动小组，开展针对降低静脉输液穿刺失败率的护理质量持续改进的品管圈活动，评价品管圈活动开展后的效果。结果 相较于开展品管圈活动前，开展品管圈活动后静脉输液穿刺失败率更低，且开展品管圈活动前后的差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。自从开展针对性品管圈活动后，组员对静脉输液穿刺失败原因有了充分的认识，在活动中充分发挥自身的主观能动性，开拓思路，共同探索提高静脉输液穿刺成功率的方法，独立思考问题和解决问题的能力得到大幅度提升，同时团队意识大幅度增强，协作能力大幅度提高，工作面貌和工作氛围极佳。结论 品管圈活动的开展，品管圈质量改进工具的运用，有助于静脉输液穿刺护理操作质量的持续改进，有助于降低静脉输液穿刺失败率，有助于护理人员改进护理中的不足，实现护理质量的持续改进。

ABSTRACT： Objective To study the influence of quality control circle （QCC） activities and quality improvement tools on the failure rate of intravenous infusion puncture. Methods The quality control circle activity group was set up to carry out the quality control circle activity of continuous improvement of nursing quality to reduce the failure rate of intravenous infusion puncture， and the effect of quality control circle activity was evaluated. Results Compared with before QCC， the failure rate of intravenous infusion puncture after QCC was lower， and the difference before and after QCC was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Since the implementation of the targeted quality control circle activities， the team members have a full understanding of the reasons for the failure of intravenous infusion puncture， give full play to their subjective initiative in the activities， open up ideas， and jointly explore ways to improve the success rate of intravenous infusion puncture. Their ability to think and solve problems independently has been greatly improved， and their team consciousness has been greatly enhanced， the cooperation ability has been greatly improved， and the working face and working atmosphere are excellent. Conclusion The development of quality control circle activities and the use of quality improvement tools of quality control circle are helpful to the continuous improvement of nursing operation quality of intravenous infusion puncture， to reduce the failure rate of intravenous infusion puncture， to help nurses improve the deficiencies in nursing， and to realize the continuous improvement of nursing quality.
