医疗机构使用国家集中采购药品的现状

摘要：目的：药品作为医院临床开展医疗活动必不可少的特殊商品，其质量直接影响患者的康复情况和疾病治疗效果，为了能够让医疗机构相关人员应对药品质量引起高度重视，药品集中采购、使用和监管中需要从多方面分析，保证药品规范、安全、合理的采购，有效保证药品临床效，同时响应中央全面深化改革委员会第五次会议审议通过《国家组织药品集中采购试点方案》，本文对现阶段医院药品集中采购、使用和监管模式分析，对相关从业人员提供参考和借鉴，探究该政策在医院应用对医院、患者、药品企业的影响。结果：国家药品集中采购新政能够有效降低药品价格，缓解患者的用药负担，对医院资源配置合理优化，有效促进药品企业对药品质量的把控作用从而推动我国药学事业的发展，但仍有小部分患者对政策不了解接受程度不佳有待进一步提高。

Abstract：Objective：As a special commodity essential for clinical medical activities in hospitals， the quality of medicines directly affects patients’ rehabilitation and disease treatment effects. In order to enable relevant personnel of medical institutions to pay great attention to the quality of medicines， centralized procurement of medicines， The use and supervision need to analyze from many aspects to ensure standardized， safe and reasonable procurement of drugs， and effectively ensure the clinical efficacy of drugs. At the same time， in response to the fifth meeting of the Central Committee for Comprehensive Deepening Reform， the "National Organization of Drug Centralized Procurement Pilot Program" was reviewed and approved. This article Analyze the current centralized procurement， use and supervision of hospital drugs， provide reference and reference for relevant practitioners， and explore the impact of the application of this policy in hospitals on hospitals， patients， and pharmaceutical companies. Results： The National Drug Centralized Procurement Policy can effectively reduce drug prices， ease the burden of drugs on patients， rationally optimize the allocation of hospital resources， and effectively promote the control of drug quality by drug companies to promote the development of my country's pharmaceutical industry， but there is still a small part The poor acceptance of patients who do not understand the policy needs to be further improved.
