《国标》指导下的地方本科院校商务英语人才培养研究

摘要在正确领会和深入贯彻《国标》前提下，结合区域经济社会发展，分析地方本科院校商务英语人才培养亟待解决的问题。以玉林师范学院商务英语专业在人才培养方面的探索为例，提出人才培养须以区域市场需求为导向；院校应改革课程体系，彰显学科融合特色；优化师资结构，提高教研水平；通过“课证融通、学赛互促”锻炼学生的职业技能；破除校企合作合而不“深”的障碍。

A Study on Business English Talent Cultivation in Local Undergraduate Universities under the Guidance of "National Standards"

AbstractOnthepremiseofcorrectly understandingandthoroughlyimplementingtheNationalStandards，combined with regionaleconomicandsocialdevelopment，thispaperanalyzestheurgentproblemstobesolvedinthecultivationofbusiness English talents in local undergraduate universities. Taking the efforts on cultivating business English talents made by Yulin Normal University as an example， this paper proposes that talent cultivation should be guided by regional market demands. Universities should reform the curriculum and highlight the integration of disciplines； optimize the structure of teachers and improvethelevelofteachingand research；enhancestudents’professionalskills throughclassroominstructionandsittingfor qualification examination and competition； deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises.

为进一步提高外语类专业本科教学和人才培养质量，教育部2018年发布了《普通高等学校本科专业类教学质量国家标准》，涵盖全国5.6万多个学位点，制订了587个专业的教学质量标准，[1]对本科教学质量设定了基本要求。对拔高突破质量基准提出了前瞻性纲领，鼓励各专业立足实际，切实提高目标达成度，追求卓越创新。本文以《高等学校商务英语专业本科教学质量国家标准》（以下简称《国标》）教学要求和人才培养标准为理论依据，结合地方院校的区位和办学特点，直面商英人才培养存在的问题，探讨地方院校该如何落实《国标》要求，构建符合国家教育规划，促进区域经济社会发展且拥有自身特色的商务英语人才培养模式。
