高校美育教师职业道德水平提升的路径创新研究

摘要自2020年以来中国国务院以及党中央都高度重视美育教育工作。根据《高校美育意见》提出目标，至2022年高校老师的人文素养及审美素养取得突破性进展。在铸就美育教育之魂的过程中，高等学校美育教师的职业道德修养对于美育工作的落实起着至关重要的作用，本文主要分析了当前大学教师的美育职业道德修养现状，探讨了高校在美育教师教育实践中提升道德修养的路径和方法，希望能为落实美育教师职业道德修养工作能提供理论支持和决策参考。

Research on the Path Innovation of Improving the Professional Ethics Level of Aesthetic Education Teachers in Colleges and Universities

AbstractSince 2020， the State Council and the Party Central Committee have attached great importance to aesthetic education. According to the objectives put forward in the opinions on aesthetic education in colleges and universities， by 2022， breakthrough progress will be made in the humanistic and aesthetic quality of college teachers. In the process of casting the soul of aesthetic education， the professional ethics cultivation of aesthetic education teachers in Colleges and universities plays a vital role in the implementation of aesthetic education. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of aesthetic education professional ethics cultivation of university teachers， and discusses the paths and methods of improving moral cultivation in the educational practice of aesthetic education teachers in Colleges and universities. It is hoped that it can provide theoretical support and decision-making reference for the implementation of aesthetic education teachers’ professional ethics cultivation.

1高校美育教師职业道德修养现状

我国大学美育教师总体上能根据高校的教育目标有计划地向学生教授美育教育相关课程。美育教师在培养大学生正确的审美观念方面做出了巨大贡献。然而，一些大学目前在人才培养方面，往往过于注重知识的灌输，而忽视了精神启示，不够重视美育课程以及美育教师，导致产生了一些高校美育教师职业道德修养水平有待提高的现状。

美育教师职业道德的发展与教师的职业发展结合度有待提升。高等学校美育教师根据国家对他们提出的职业教育道德规范、职业道德精神，需要不断地进行学习、自我反省，从而达到更高水平道德境界，这样教师才能潜移默化地影响学生。但是高等学校教师评价更注重科研成果轻视道德素养的现象还大量存在，如果把美育教师职业道德纳入教师职业的考评中，将更有利于高校美育教师在教育事业方面积极进取，尽忠职守。……
