浅析信息技术在图书馆管理的服务与创新

摘要：图书馆是除了校园之外，最适合社会各类人群借阅图书和学习的公共场所，因此图书馆不仅要有大量的图书存储，还要提供安静优美的学习环境，来满足社会各类人群对学习的需求。图书馆既要对海量的图书进行收集、分类存储，以方便读者查询、借阅，还要对进出图书馆的人员进行严格的安检和管理，以保证图书馆为读者提供优质的学习场所。本文从图书馆管理现状入手，简要分析了信息技术在图书馆管理中的优势，以期为图书馆管理的服务与创新提供依据。

Abstract： Besides the campus， the library is the most suitable public place for all kinds of people in society to borrow books and study. Therefore， the library should not only have a large number of book storage， but also provide a quiet and beautiful learning environment to meet the learning needs of all kinds of people in society; It should not only collect and classify a large number of books to facilitate readers' query and borrowing， but also strictly check and manage the personnel in and out of the library， so as to ensure that the library provides readers with high-quality learning places.This article starts with the current situation of library management and briefly analyzes the advantages of information technology in library management， hoping to provide a basis for the service and innovation of library management.

圖书馆作为一个存储、管理图书，同时又对外开放的公共场所，不仅要面对图书馆内部的图书、人员、设备、服务的管理问题，还要面对自然、政治、经济、文化等各方面的社会环境问题。对内，图书馆的管理要接受国家相关的法律法规政策对图书馆的监督和管理，保证图书馆所存储图书的数量和质量。对外，图书馆要随时准备应对自然灾害、战争冲突、公共卫生安全危机、读者阅读和学习习惯的改变等一系列社会动荡，保障图书馆内人员的人身财产安全和图书馆的正常运行。

1图书馆管理的现状

目前，大部分县市的图书，还是机械化地沿用传统的图书馆管理模式，把更多的工作重心放在受众对书籍的借阅和归还上。当受众要对某一些书籍资料进行查阅时，只能通过图书馆的公共电脑上的内部查询系统进行查询，或者在书架上进行查找。……
