基于学科建设的材料类专业人才培养探讨

摘 要：在基于学科建设的材料专业人才培养体系探讨的过程中，从推动材料学科高质量发展出发，坚持立德树人，明确材料类专业人才培养质量的科学内涵及影响因素，初步建立人才培养质量动态评价体系，搭建以导师制、交叉课程体系设置、国际合作交流、实践性教学环节为要点的交叉学科人才培养方案框架。在实施人才培养优化方案以来，材料專业毕业生的培养质量得到有效提高。

Abstract： While discussing the talent cultivation system of material major based on discipline construction， and starting from promoting the high-quality development of materials discipline， adhere to Lide Shuren， clarify the scientific connotation and influencing factors of talent training quality of materials specialty， preliminarily establish a dynamic evaluation system of talent training quality， and build a framework of interdisciplinary talent training program focusing on tutorial system， cross curriculum system， international cooperation and exchange and practical teaching links. Since the implementation of the talent training optimization program， the training quality of material graduates has been effectively improved.

高等教育作为我国“人才强国”战略发展的主要力量，对国家的发展起着极为重要的作用[1]。近年来，随着新兴技术的快速发展，国家对创新性人才的战略需求，我国的材料类专业教育迎来了良好的发展机会。随着本科生和研究生招生规模的逐年扩大以及社会对研究生需求的多元化，由此产生的人才培养质量问题引发了全社会的关注[2]。因此，如何面对新形式下人才培养体系的建设，提高培养质量，培养创新型人才，是目前高校急需解决的问题。目前，在国家“双一流”建设的背景下，学科建设是高校冲击世界一流大学和一流学科的重点工作[3]，也是人才培养的基础保障作为对高校教师教学和科研业务隶属范围的相对界定，人才培养与学科建设相互促进，承担着推动高新科技发展、为社会培养各类高层次专门人才的重要责任。材料科学与工程作……
