供给侧改革背景下高职创新创业人才培养模式研究

摘要：供给侧结构性改革的深化发展对高职院校人才培养模式的创新产生了巨大的影响，使创新创业人才培养模式的构建出现了新的变化。因此在本文研究中，从供给侧结构性改革入手，对高职院校创新创业人才培养模式的系统构建进行全方位分析，旨在突出人才培养现状，促进人才培养模式全面创新，切实优化高职院校创新创业人才培养工作的综合效果。

Abstract： The deepening development of supply side structural reform has had a great impact on the innovation of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges， resulting in new changes in the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial talent training mode. Therefore， starting with the supply side structural reform， this paper makes an all-round analysis on the systematic construction of the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges. The purpose is to highlight the current situation of talent training， promote the comprehensive innovation of talent training mode， and effectively optimize the comprehensive effect of innovative and entrepreneurial talent training in higher vocational colleges.

在我国经济发展水平显著提升，国家高度重视供给侧结构性改革的背景下，随着供给侧改革的深化发展，高职院校人才培养工作的开展也受到了相应的影响，在实际组织开展人才培养工作的过程中，要求促进人才培养模式的全面创新，引入创新创业理念促进人才培养体系的进一步优化，从而为高素质人才的培养提供强有力的支持。因此结合供给侧改革的影响，新时期高职院校在探索人才培养模式创新构建的过程中，要正确定位全面提高人才培养质量的改革方向，促进创新创业引导工作的系统落实，准确把握供给侧改革对高职创新创业人才培养工作产生的影响，从而探索完善人才培养体系的构建，有效促进高职院校创新创业人才培养质量全面系统的提升。
