工程项目管理课程教学改革与探索

摘要：工程技术及经济管理能力两手抓的复合式工程人才培养模式，对外是我国土木工程行业深化改革的需求，对内是高校学生谋求自身发展的客观需要。本文对《工程项目管理》课程现阶段存在的问题进行了讨论剖析，结合笔者自身的教学实践与体会，从课时量安排、教材资料选择、师资结构调整、国际化教学探索及多维度考核5个角度探讨了课程教学改革方向。

Abstract：The compound engineering talent training mode focusing on engineering technology and economic management ability is the demand of deepening the reform of China's civil engineering industry externally and the objective need of college students to seek their own development internally.This paper discusses and analyzes the problems existing in the course of "Engineering Project Management" at the present stage.Combined with the author's own teaching practice and experience， it discusses the course teaching reform direction from five aspects： the arrangement of class hours， the selection of teaching materials， the adjustment of teacher structure， the exploration of international teaching and multi-dimensional assessment.

随着土木工程行业的深化改革，人才的培养模式随之转变[1]，“工程化”的技术人才不再满足市场多元化需求，亟需培养一批同时具备工程技术及管理实践能力的复合型人才。因此，应积极探索《工程项目管理》课程改革，工学专业课程与管理学课程两手抓，为“一带一路”倡议[2]提供高素质工程人才储备。本文从课时量分配、教材资料选择、师资结构建立、国际化教学及成绩考核与评价5个角度对现阶段《工程项目管理》课程的不足进行了分析，并提出了相应的改革对策，以此提高学生的管理知识与技能水平。

1工程项目管理课程教学现状

1.1 课程课时量不足

工程项目管理涵盖的内容较多，涉及工程项目从策划到收尾全过程的管理理论与方法，具体包含内容有工程项目目的的组织与管理、工程项目成本管理、工程项目进度控制、工程项目质量控制、工程职业健康安全与环境管理、工程合同与合同管……
