浅议电子巡更系统在设备巡检中的管理与应用

[摘    要]随着社会发展越来越快，现在规划化的设备管理工作中大多采用的是通过计算机技术来实现电子巡更系统来实现的。巡更系统主要帮助管理者来了解巡更人员路线，而且管理者也可以通过巡更系统随时更改巡更人员巡逻路线，以配合在场景中出现的不同状况。电子巡更系统主要是管理者考察巡更者在指定的时间里是否完成按照管理者安排的巡更任务和巡更路线。

[Abstract]As the society develops faster and faster， most of the planned equipment management work now uses computer technology to realize the electronic patrol system. The patrol system mainly helps managers to understand the route of the patrol personnel， and the manager can also change the patrol route of the patrol personnel at any time through the patrol system to match the different situations that appear in the scene. The electronic patrol system is mainly used by the manager to inspect whether the patrol has completed the patrol task and patrol route arranged by the manager in the specified time.

传统企业大多对设备的巡检采用的是人工巡检，巡检人员通过对设备的巡检写入报告，记录设备的状态。这导致了企业管理的成本过高，巡查的质量也不能够得到保障。这并不符合现在企业走向信息化的发展路线。所以现阶段的企业需要采用智能的设备化巡检管理技术，从而提高对的设备的实时掌控。

1 提出问题

管理设备是每个企业的非常重要的一项工作，对于现在企业对设备巡检管理大多是巡检人员对自己所对应的设备设施按照既定的流程进行及时监察和维护，从而保障设备的正常运行，不会出现故障。企业的管理员为了保障巡检人员能够按照既定的要求进行定时定点巡检。企业对巡检人员的管理打斗时采用一些签到和突击检查的方法，这些方法都不能太过于管住巡查人员，还是要看巡检人员的自我管理，这导致管理者不能有效地获取设备的方面状况，所以为了解决这一问题，就企业在设备的巡检管理里加入了电子巡更系统。……
