护理细节干预在健康管理中心护理服务中的应用效果观察

【摘 要】目的：针对健康管理中心护理服务，探究护理细节干预的应用效果。方法：将我健康管理中心2020年8月至2021年8月收录的90例体检者进行研究，分别采取常规护理干预以及护理细节干预，对比临床效果。结果：两组的管理质量在干预前对比无统计学差异（P>0.05）。观察组干预后的沟通技巧、服务质量、操作技能以及整体管控评分较对照组更高，对比有统计学差异（P<0.05）。观察组的管理依从率（95.56%）较对照组（82.22%）更高，对比有统计学差异（P<0.05）。观察组的护理满意度（97.78%）较对照组（84.44%）更高，对比有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论：护理细节干预能提高健康管理中心的管理质量，提高管理依从性，改善护理体验，值得地方大力推广。

Observation on the application effect of nursing detail intervention in nursing service of health management center

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the application effect of nursing detail intervention in the nursing service of health management center. Methods： 90 cases of physical examination in our health management center from August 2020 to August 2021 were studied. Routine nursing intervention and nursing detail intervention were respectively adopted to compare the clinical effects. Results： There was no statistical difference in management quality between the two groups before intervention （P>0.05）. The communication skills， service quality， operation skills and overall control scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after intervention， with statistical differences （P<0.05）. The management compliance rate of the observation group （95.56%） was higher than that of the control group （82.22%）， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group （97.78%） was higher than that of the control group （84.44%）， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion： Nursing detail intervention can improve the management quality of health management center， improve management complianceandimprove nursing experience， which is worthy of local promotion.

體检作为现代医学的常用手段，通过体检来了解是否存在健康问题，从而让体检者及早地接受治疗，为保障健康管理中心的体检效果，需要搭配科学的护理干预，来提高服务质量。本次研究通过我健康管理中心收录的90例体检者为对象，分别实施不同的干预措施，分析护理细节干预的应用效果，阐述至下文。

1.1 临床资料

收录我健康管理中心2020年8月至2021年8月总计90例体检者为对象，两组的一般资料具有可比性（P>0.05），见表1。

1.2 方法

1.2.1 对照组开展常规护理干预。按照健康管理中心对护理服务的要求，在体检过程中为体检者提供常规的干预措施，给予体检者体检过程中相关常识的宣教，并引导其在对应的体检科室接受检查。……
