快速康复外科护理联合正念减压疗法在白内障超声乳化术中的应用

【摘 要】目的：探究快速康复外科护理联合正念减压疗法在白内障超声乳化术中的应用价值。方法：取160例白内障超声乳化术的白内障患者采用随机数字法将患者分为两组。对照组行常规护理，观察组行快速康复外科护理联合正念减压疗法。结果：观察组术中收缩压、舒张压、心率、呼吸频率均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：快速康复外科护理联合正念减压疗法能够减轻行白内障超声乳化术患者的应激反应，值得临床推广应用。

Application of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing combined with mindfulness decompression therapy in phacoemulsification of cataract

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the application value of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing and mindfulness stress reduction therapy in cataract phacoemulsification.Methods：160 patients with cataract phacoemulsification were randomized into two groups.The control group performed routine nursing， and the observation group performed rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing combined with mindary decompression therapy.Results：The systolic blood pressure， diastolic pressure， heart rate and respiratory frequency were lower than in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing and mindfulness decompression therapy can reduce the stress response in patients with phacoemulsification， and it is worth clinical application.

白内障是因多种原因导致晶状体代谢紊乱和蛋白质变性混浊的疾病，且年龄越高发病率越高，临床常表现为视物模糊甚至失明[1]。白内障超声乳化术采用微创技术通过排出混浊的晶状体核，联合人工晶状体植入，可使患者术后视力快速恢复[2]。但由于手术中使用的是局部麻醉，且老年患者有特殊的身心特点，容易引起焦虑、恐惧等负性情绪，影响术中配合度和康复进程。因此，术前对患者进行有效的护理指导以及围手术期精心的护理干预极为重要。快速康复外科护理能够尽量减少和阻断手术对患者造成的应激和痛苦，促使患者尽快从手术创伤中恢复到术前状态[3]。正念减压疗法是以正念为基础，鼓励病人转向不良情绪的心理疗法，有利于缓解患者负性情绪、提高自我护理能力[4]。本研究探究快速康复外科护理联合正念减压疗法在白内障超声乳化术中的应用，现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2019年6月至2020年6月我院收治的160例接受白内障超声乳化术的白内障患者：男101例，女59例，年龄55岁～65岁，平均年龄（61.28±5.49）岁；……
