乳化炸药生产工艺及其对产品稳定性的影响分析

摘要：在目前的现状下，乳化炸药正在被普遍运用于工程实践领域。乳化炸药本身具备优良的抗水特性、较快的炸药爆破速度以及较大的炸药密度数值，并且体现为良好的起爆感。但是不应当忽视，乳化炸药的加工制造全过程带有人身伤害风险，因此技术人员必须要严格控制乳化炸药的安全稳定性。本文重点探讨了乳化炸药的常用生产工艺流程，全面探析影响炸药产品稳定性的各个层面要素。

Production Technology of Emulsion Explosive and Its Influence on Product Stability

Abstract： At present， emulsion explosive is widely used in engineering practice. Emulsion explosive itself has excellent water resistance， fast explosive blasting speed and large explosive density， and is reflected in a good sense of initiation. However， it should not be ignored that the whole process of emulsion explosive processing and manufacturing carries the risk of personal injury. Therefore， technicians must strictly control the safety and stability of emulsion explosive. This paper focuses on the common production process of emulsion explosive， and comprehensively analyzes the factors affecting the stability of explosive products.

生產与加工乳化炸药的全过程具有复杂性，现阶段的常用炸药制造工艺手段应当包含炸药高温敏化、低温敏化以及中低温敏化等。乳化炸药的全面加工处理过程需要依赖于易爆易燃性的炸药加工材料，因此决定了炸药制作的具体实施人员必须密切监测炸药产品的安全隐患因素。企业技术人员只有做到了准确与严格控制炸药生产工艺安全风险，才能切实保障炸药的原材料品质性能安全，杜绝炸药生产整个过程中的风险隐患因素。

1乳化炸药的基本生产工艺流程

对于乳化炸药而言，制造与加工生产炸药产品的基本工艺流程应当包含水油相配置、贮备水油相的炸药生产原料、原料输送与计量、加入炸药敏化剂、装载炸药、炸药产品的风干与冷却、包装以及入库炸药成品[1]。现阶段的企业技术人员重点可以选择半连续式、间断式或者连续式的几种常用炸药制备工艺技术方法。……
