摘要：1，4-丁二醇（Butane-1，4-diol，简称BDO）作为一种重要的有机和精细化工原料，它被广泛应用于医药、化工、纺织、造纸、汽车和日用化工等领域。近年由于市场变化价格也有较大幅度攀升，对于BDO市场带来好的效益。BDO在生产到储存运输过程中有较高的要求，作为新建设成立的化工厂，在储存中所遇到的问题需要结合具体实际来分析原因，本论文讨论在BDO储存初期由合格到不合格再到合格的探索之路。

Abstract： As an important organic and fine chemical raw material， Butane-1，4-diol （BDO） is widely used in the fields of medicine， chemical industry， textile， papermaking， automobile and daily chemical industry. In recent years， due to market changes， prices have also increased significantly， which has brought good benefits to the BDO market. BDO has high requirements in the process of production， storage and transportation. As a newly established chemical plant， the problems encountered in storage need to be analyzed in combination with specific reality. This paper discusses the exploration path from qualified to unqualified and then to qualified in the initial stage of BDO storage.

1，4-丁二醇（Butane-1，4-diol，简称BDO）分子式为C4H10O2，外观为无色或淡黄色油状液体，是生产聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯（PBT）工程塑料和PBT纤维的基本原料;PBT塑料是最有发展前途的五大工程塑料之一，具有广阔的市场前景，可以生产四氢呋喃（THF）、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯（PBT）、γ-丁内脂（GBL）和聚氨酯树脂（PU Resin）、涂料和增塑剂等，以及作为溶剂和电镀行业的增亮剂等。

1 相关介绍

1，4-丁二醇凝固点20.1℃，合格品1，4-丁二醇99.40ω/%，密度1.015g/cm³，水分0.04ω/%，色度≤10APHA。1，4-丁二醇贮存温度不低于20℃，以免结晶，应充入干燥氮气密封贮存，钢桶包装应在干燥、通风的环境下贮存。1，4-丁二醇的理化特性要求了更高的贮存条件，任何杂质都会对其产生影响，造成质量不合格，进而影响销售，造成经济损失。

存储，1，4-丁二醇使用的储罐为3000m³固定顶储罐，进口、出口安装紧急切断阀，安装有2组呼吸阀-0.3kPa～1.4kPa，紧急释放阀1.8kPa，3组泡沫发生器等安全附件。使用外盘管热水伴热。热水温度85-98℃，储罐正常运行时采用干燥洁净氮气充压保护，氮气管线安装自力式压力调节阀，确保储罐保持微正压状态[1]。……
