大学生科技创新人才培养模式的研究

摘要：21世纪是知识经济的世纪，从我国传统科学研究模式和高科技产业现状看，整个社会能够支持起高科技产业技术的社会单位，在较长时间内仍然主要依托于大学、科研院所以及它们培养出来的跨世纪知识群体。该文主要研究大学生科技创新人才培养阻碍因素，探讨大学生科技创新人才培养创新策略，为高校在大学生科技创新人才培养方面提供经验和参考。

Research on the Training Mode of College Students’ Scientific and Technological Innovation Talents

Abstract：The 21st century is a century of knowledge economy. From the perspective of China's traditional scientific research model and the current situation of high-tech industry， the whole society can support the social units of high-tech industry and technology， and still mainly rely on universities， scientific research institutes and the cross century knowledge groups they have cultivated for a long time. This paper mainly studies the obstacles to the cultivation of College Students' scientific and technological innovation talents， discusses the cultivation and innovation strategies of College Students' scientific and technological innovation talents， and provides experience and reference for colleges and universities in the cultivation of College Students' scientific and technological innovation talents.

知識经济时代最突出的特征就是以知识和信息的生产、分配和使用为基础，以创造性的人才资源为依托，以高科技产品为支柱，这些特征决定了科技创新能力的培养是人才培养的关键。该文旨在研究大学生科技创新人才培养阻碍因素，探讨大学生科技创新人才培养创新策略，为高校在大学生科技创新人才培养方面提供可行性思路[1]。

1大学生科技创新人才培养阻碍因素

对于高校学生创新能力的培养，我国出台的《中共中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》中，曾经对高等教育要注重对学生创新能力的培养有着明确的方向指导。由此可以看出大学生科技创新人才培养重要性。虽然在大学生科技创新人才培养上，我国各个高校都采取了一定措施进行引导，但是在实际执行过程中，还是存在着种种阻碍。笔者从事高校教育工作多年，认为在科技创新人才培养方面，存在以下阻碍因素。……
