公共体育设施布局与居民体育生活空间的耦合机制与优化路径研究

摘 要：為破解我国城市居民日益增长的体育需求与城市公共体育空间供给不足之间的矛盾，优化城市公共体育服务功能，推动全民健身事业的高质量发展，采用文献资料、因子分析、结构方程模型等研究方法，以公共体育设施布局与居民休闲体育生活空间的耦合为切入点，围绕“纵向分层，横向分类”指导思想，建立了耦合机制的指标体系和耦合机制模型，提出了模型优化的实施路径。结果表明：耦合机制共包括空间设施地理环境、空间设施维护管理、空间设施使用服务、空间设施布局政策4个公因子和18个二级影响指标。耦合机制模型检验显示空间设施地理环境、空间设施使用服务、空间设施维护管理、空间设施布局政策正向影响居民休闲体育生活空间满意度，空间设施布局政策的中介影响效应显著，城市公共体育设施布局耦合机制可以通过群众满意度进行检验。保障耦合机制模型的良性运转，应以人民为中心，构建美好休闲体育生活空间;落实政府责任，强化城市公共体育设施供给;强化部门协同，构建齐抓共管良性耦合机制;引入社会力量，提升公共体育设施供给品质。

Abstract：In order to solve the contradiction between the growing sports demand of urban residents and the shortage of urban public sports space supply， optimize the urban public sports service function， and promote the high-quality development of the national fitness cause，it uses the literature material， factor analysis， structural equation model as research methods.With public sports facilities layout and the residents' leisure life space coupling as the breakthrough point， around the "vertical layering and horizontal classification" guiding ideology， the coupling mechanism of the index system and model coupling mechanism， the implementation of the model optimization path is proposed. The results show that the coupling mechanism includes four common factors， including the geographical environment of spatial facilities， the maintenance and management of spatial facilities， the utilization service of spatial facilities， and the policy support of spatial facilities layout， and 18 secondary impact indicators. Coupling mechanism of the model test shows that spatial geographical environment， space facilities as well as the use of the service facilities layout， space， facilities maintenance and management， space policy satisfaction affects the residents leisure sports life space， space facilities layout policy intermediary effect significantly， urban public sports facilities layout coupling mechanism can test people′s satisfaction. To ensure the sound operation of the coupling mechanism model， we should take people as the center and build a beautiful leisure sports living space; implement the government responsibility， strengthen the supply of urban public sports facilities; strengthen the coordination between departments， build a benign coupling mechanism of joint management; and， introduce social forces to improve the quality of public sports facilities.
