建筑工程施工房屋建筑管理及创新研究

摘要：随着社会经济的快速发展与人民生活水平的不断提高，房屋建筑的需求量也在不断加大，因其生活必须品的基本属性，房屋建筑的重要性远超其他建筑形式，其工程建设质量直接影响着人民的生活体验与感受，这也是社会发展进步的重要标志。当然，现阶段房屋建筑管理方面依然有不少不足之处。本文将从房屋建筑管理方面的不足之处进行分析，展开对相关创新及改进措施与方法的探究。

Abstract： With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards， the demand for housing construction is also increasing. Because of the basic attributes of the necessities of life， the importance of housing construction far exceeds other construction forms. The quality of construction directly affects people's life experience and feelings， which is also an important sign of social development and progress. Of course， there are still many shortcomings in housing construction management at this stage. This article will analyze the shortcomings of the housing construction management， and launch the exploration of related innovations and improvement measures and methods.

引言：

房屋建筑是一个城市中占比最多的建筑物，其可以直观的反映出一个城市发展状况，通过建筑物可以对居民的生活状况有更加明确的基本了解，房屋建筑的管理状况直接影响着一个城市的形象与民众的生活质量。然而，从现阶段的实际状况来看，房屋建筑工程的管理工作依然不能满足现代社会发展的要求，因此，需要对建筑工程施工房屋建筑管理及创新方式进行研究。

一、现阶段房屋建筑工程管理中的不足分析

（一）质量管理方面的机制难以适应发展的要求

建筑工程管理是一种综合性极强的工作，其牵涉的行业与领域众多，其中并不是简单的汇总累积，还需要有高技术水平的结合，其质量管理工作极为复杂。然而就目前的发展状况来看，房屋建筑在其综合的质量管理方面存在着明显的不足，整体的质量管理体系并不完善，而且现代社会对于房屋建筑的要求也在不断提升，很多在工程建设过程中出现的质量问题无法得到有效的监督与控制，这对于房屋建筑工程建设带来了不小的负面影响，对于房屋建筑的使用也会造成极大的不便[1]。……
