基于物联网环境下的农产品供应链风险评估与控制研究

【摘  要】随着物联网技术的快速发展，借助物联网技术高度信息化的优点，能够完善传统农产品供应链的不足，但同时也带来了一定的风险。论文借助HHM模型分析当前物联网环境下农产品供应链的潜在风险，并提出了物联网环境下供应链风险管理与控制的措施与建议。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of internet of things technology， with the help of the advantage of highly informatization in internet of things technology， it can improve the shortcomings of traditional agricultural products supply chain， but it also brings certain risks at the same time. With the help of HHM model， this paper analyzes the potential risks of agricultural products supply chain under the current environment of internet of things， and puts forward the measures and suggestions for risk management and control of the supply chain under the environment of internet of things.

1 引言

物联网被认为是第三次信息技术革命，随着5G时代的到来，物联网技术将迎来新的发展，真正实现万物互联。物联网技术是强化供应链竞争力的一个重要因素，能够在全球范围内实现对物品的跟踪监控，其发展的原理和机制在很大程度上实现了传统企业供应链流程以及传统管理手段的创新和变革，建立了创新的企业供应链管理模式。物联网在农产品供应链的应用实施包括智能化生产培育、物流在途控制、仓储管理与质量安全管理与追溯，能够对供应链进行智能化管理，同时，还可以快速地传递信息和及时地反馈信息，使得供应链管理更加高效。然而应用新的技术手段、新的供应链运作模式，在提升农产品供应链的价值和降低传统供应链风险的同时，也带来了新的风险。风险评估与控制作为供应链风险管理的核心部分，也成为众多学者的研究方向。

2 农产品供应链现状分析

农产品供应链是以农产品为研究对象，将其从生产、运输、加工、销售直至送到顾客手中的过程所组成的具有整体功能的网络链条。……
