浅谈新时代背景下劳模精神的价值及弘扬

【摘  要】新时代背景下弘扬劳模精神不仅有利于加强国家的经济社会发展，还有利于推动社会主义公民道德建设。从理论意义上来讲，劳模精神是代表着中华民族傳统美德的传承，也是社会主义核心价值观的具体表现形式之一，它代表着我们的民族精神和时代精神。在互联网新媒体高速发展的背景下，弘扬劳模精神对于培养个体树立正确的劳动观念、坚强的劳动意志、提高创新的劳动意识都具有很大的价值。通过弘扬劳模精神并以此融入公民精神文明创建活动，推动劳模精神育人化人的作用，这是十分具有实用价值的。

【Abstract】Under the background of the new era， carrying forward the spirit of model workers is not only conducive to strengthening the economic and social development of the country， but also conducive to promoting the construction of socialist civic morality. Theoretically speaking， the spirit of model workers represents the inheritance of the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation， and is also one of the concrete manifestations of the socialist core values. It represents our national spirit and the spirit of the times. Under the background of the rapid development of new media on the internet， carrying forward the spirit of model workers is of great value for cultivating individuals to establish correct labor concepts， strong will to work， and improving innovative labor consciousness. It is of great practical value to promote the role of model workers' spirit in educating and transforming people by carrying forward the spirit of model workers and integrating it into the activities of building civic spiritual civilization.

1 引言

从新中国成立以来中国的劳动模范（以下简称“劳模”）就一直是时代的代表，改革的先行者，是值得我们永远学习的榜样。劳模精神是一种不畏艰苦，爱岗敬业，刻苦钻研，无私奉献，勇于探索，不怕牺牲，团结协作的时代精神。劳模精神是民族精神的具体表现，是我们宝贵的精神财富。新中国成立的第二年就召开了第一届劳模表彰大会，劳模精神对当时的社会产生了非常强烈的反响和回应。随后一批又一批的劳动模范涌现出来，不仅推动了当时的社会主义经济建设，而且激励了一代又一代的中国劳动人民。中国的劳模精神是伴随着中国共产党新中国的成长而成长的，现在新时代背景下的劳模精神已经成为一种文化现象。……
