有关医院信息系统集成平台建设的目的及效果探究

【摘  要】医院在信息技术高速发展的过程中，考虑到新时期对医院提出的要求，搭建信息系统平台，提高各项服务的管理效率。但是医院当下在信息系统建设方面仍存在不足之处，不同医院的信息建设速度不同，信息系统质量存在明显的差异、信息系统平台建设表现不足、没有规范科学的建设标准等，此类问题的存在影响到信息系统整合性的发展，使得资源无法得到合理的应用，造成严重的资源浪费，降低医院医疗服务水平。鉴于社会对医院服务工作提出的要求，医院必须根据实际需求搭建信息系统集成平台，以构建安全、灵活、高效的集成平台为工作首要目标，提出构建信息系统集成平台的建议，希望对医院信息化建设有一定的帮助。

【Abstract】In the process of the rapid development of information technology， the hospital takes into account the requirements of the new era and builds an information system platform to improve the management efficiency of various services. However， there are still some shortcomings existing in the construction of hospital information system. The speed of information construction is different in different hospitals. There are obvious differences in the quality of the information system， insufficient performance in the construction of the information system platform， and no standard and scientific construction standards. Such problems affect the development of the integration of the information system， make the resources can not be reasonably applied， cause serious waste of resources， and reduce the level of medical services in hospitals. In view of the social requirements for hospital services， hospitals must build an information system integration platform according to the actual needs， and take building a safe， flexible and efficient integration platform as the primary goal of work， put forward the suggestion to construct the information system integration platform， hoping to have certain help to the hospital information construction.

1 引言

在社会高速发展下，人民的生活水平逐渐提高，各项基础服务也需要随着情况的变化发生转变，医疗服务属于基础服务中的重要内容，直接关系到大众的健康，医疗服务应该制定更高层次的目标，这是医院与现代化发展中必须完成的任务。医院应该考量社会对自身发展提出的要求结合实际运营情况，搭建医院信息系统并对系统进行完善，但是随着相关工作的进行，发现医院信息管理系统暴露出越来越多的问题，医院必须按照新时期社会对医院管理与运营提出的新要求，建立集成平台，加强医院间的联系，使病人的信息可以通过数据共享平台，快速被相关单位所使用，提高医疗服务工作的效率。……
