公路桥梁钻孔灌注桩质量、安全控制浅析

【摘  要】俗话说“要致富，先修路”，公路桥梁建设极大地促进了社会经济的发展，也为老百姓的出行提供了便利。桥梁基础作为交通工程的重要部位，其施工质量和安全直接关系到整个工程的质量、建设者生命安全以及国民行车安全。江浙沿海地区地质多为砂土，桥梁桩基多为摩擦桩，设计和施工多采用钻孔灌注桩。鉴于此，论文对钻孔灌注桩施工质量和安全管理要点展开分析和探究，希望可以为桥梁工程建设、管理人员提供一些参考价值，避免施工过程中出现质量、安全问题。

【Abstract】As the saying goes， "if you want to get rich， you have to build roads" ， the construction of highway and bridge has greatly promoted the development of social economy and facilitated the travel of the common people. As an important part of the transport engineering， the construction quality and safety of the bridge foundation are directly related to the quality of the whole project， the life safety of the builders and the safety of the national traffic. In the coastal area of Jiangsu and Zhejiang Province， the geology is mostly sandy soil， and the pile foundation of bridge is mostly friction pile. Its design and construction mostly adopt bored pile. In view of this， the paper analyzes and explores the key points of construction quality and safety management of bored pile， hoping to provide some reference value for bridge construction and management personnel， and avoid quality and safety problems in the construction process.

1 引言

在我国现代化建设的过程中，交通建设发挥着重要作用。桥梁工程作为交通工程的重点内容，其施工质量和安全更是社会各界所关注的热点话题。从工程管理现状来看，其中仍然存在不少桩基施工质量、安全控制方面的一些问题。基于此，本文就钻孔灌注桩施工质量、安全管理要点进行研究，以期提高桥梁钻孔灌注桩的工程质量与安全管理水平，在实际施工过程中起到一定的参考和指导作用。

钻孔灌注桩施工工艺流程为：测量放线，埋设护筒，钻机就位（同时制备泥浆），钻机对中，桩基钻进，第一次清孔，成孔检测（同时进行桩基钢筋笼的制作和安装），安装吊放钢筋笼，第二次清孔，灌注水下混凝土，截桩头，成桩检测。
