国企基层纪委执纪审查工作存在的问题及对策

【摘  要】随着国家对反腐倡廉工作越来越重视，对于国有企业基层纪委来说，应当进一步优化和完善执纪审查工作，特别是要严格按照法律法规的要求进行，只有这样，才能使执纪审查工作取得更好的成效。但目前，一些国有企业基层纪委在执纪审查工作方面仍然存在一些不足。论文在探讨国有企业基层纪委执纪审查工作存在的问题的基础上，重点就国有企业基层纪委如何更有效地开展执纪审查工作提出优化对策，旨在为促进国有企业基层纪委执纪审查工作取得更好的成效提供参考与借鉴。

【Abstract】With China attaches more and more importance to the work of fighting corruption and upholding integrity， for the grassroots discipline inspection commission of state-owned enterprises， it should further optimize and improve the discipline inspection work， especially in strict accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations， only in this way can the discipline inspection work achieve better results. But at present， there are still some deficiencies existing in the discipline inspection work in grassroots discipline inspection commission of state-owned enterprises. Based on discussing the existing problems of discipline inspection work of the grassroots discipline inspection commission of state-owned enterprises， the paper emphatically proposes optimized countermeasures on how to carry out discipline inspection work more effectively in the grassroots discipline inspection commission of state-owned enterprises， aiming to provide a reference for promoting the discipline inspection work of the grassroots discipline inspection commission of state-owned enterprises to achieve better results.

1 引言

党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视反腐败工作，有力促进了党风廉政建设的深入开展，并取得了较好的成效。对于国有企业来说，要想使党风廉政建设取得更好的成效，一定要切实发挥基层纪委的积极作用，大力推动国有企业基层纪委执纪审查工作向纵深开展，努力提升执纪审查工作整体水平。从当前国有企业基层纪委执纪审查工作的整体运行情况来看，尽管越来越受到重视，而且也呈现出良好的发展态势，但按照较高标准和要求进行分析，执纪审查工作仍然存在诸多不到位的问题，在很大程度上制约了执纪审查工作的深入实施，需要引起重视。这就需要国有企业基层纪委在开展执纪审查工……
