加强国有施工企业思想政治工作的策略分析

【摘  要】在时代不断发展变化的背景下，社会主义市场经济体制逐步完善，各大国有施工企業在经营管理期间能否正确开展思想政治工作至关重要。鉴于此，国有施工企业的思想政治工作备受关注，同时也面临着严峻挑战。为了保障国有施工企业的长远发展，其必须从思想政治工作的态度和方式方面进行转变和创新，在保证思想政治工作质量的同时，紧跟中国共产党的正确领导，保证建设安全和建设质量，为国家整体实力的提升奠定基础。

【Abstract】Under the background of the continuous development and change of the times， the socialist market economic system is gradually improved， and whether the major state-owned construction enterprises can correctly carry out ideological and political work during the operation and management period is of great importance. In view of this， the ideological and political work of state-owned construction enterprises has attracted much attention， and at the same time， it also faces serious challenges. In order to guarantee the long-term development of state-owned construction enterprises， they must change and innovate in terms of attitude and approach to ideological and political work. While ensuring the quality of ideological and political work， they should closely follow the correct leadership of the Communist Party of China， ensure construction safety and construction quality， and lay the foundation for the improvement of the country's overall strength.

1 引言

现阶段，我国建筑施工行业有效发展，为了能够实现长远发展目标，就要对企业员工进行思想政治教育，在使施工技术人员充分发挥功能作用，保证施工建设质量的同时，遵循以人为本的思政教育原则，对思想政治工作观念、方式、内容进行创新。本文从国有施工企业开展思想政治工作的意义入手，结合其现阶段思想政治工作现状进行全面阐述，针对如何高效开展思想政治工作进行深入探讨。

2 国有施工企业开展思想政治工作的意义

2.1 有利于帮助企业实现长远发展目标

国有施工企业的长远发展离不开全体员工的支持，其在实际开展思想政治工作期间，就要充分考虑全体员工的需求，保证思想政治教育目标与企业员工发展目标具有一致性，避免企业员工的思想观念与企业思想政治教育观念产生矛盾。……
