“1+X”证书制度下的汽车检测与维修专业“三教”存在问题研究

摘 要：在教学过程中，“师资，教材，教法”是基本内容，教学质量指标也受到影响。本文以新能汽车检验维修专业为例，对职教二十条进行了分析。职业教育“三教一体化”改革的重要性，同时，针对教师，教材和教学方法等问题提出了切实可行的改革思路，仅供相关人员参考。

Research on the Existing Problems of "Three Educations" in Automobile Inspection and Maintenance Specialty under "1+X" Certificate

Abstract：In the teaching process， "teachers， teaching materials， teaching methods" are the basic content， and teaching quality indicators are also affected. This article takes the New Energy Automobile Inspection and Maintenance Major as an example to analyze the 20 regulations of vocational education. The importance of the reform of "three education integration" in vocational education is discussed. At the same time， it puts forward practical reform ideas for teachers， teaching materials and teaching methods， which are for reference for relevant personnel.

1 1+X證书制度的含义

“1”是指学生通过在学校或其他教育机构的研究获得的学术证书。“X”是专业技能水平证书的数量。1+X证书系统意味着学生可以通过学习获得学术证书，同时还可以通过考试获得多种类型的职业技能水平证书。启动“1+X证书试点工作”将使工业企业和社会评估组织能够参与职业教育和教育改革，充分调动他们的积极性，工业教育融合以及学校和企业。将专业人才培训与基于专业技能水平标准的“1+X”证书系统集成在一起，整合培训计划和职业技能，重建大学课程体系并进行教育 合理优化内容，科学协调教育实施。 组织并继续促进教育改革是提高汽车专业人员素质的重要途径。

2 实施1+X证书制度的意义

1+X证书制度是建立国家职业教育体系的基本制度，该制度的引入将推动职业教育的发展再上新台阶。1+X认证体系以标准化为突破口，带动了职业教育的发展，是完善职业教育人力资源开发体系，深化复杂技术技能发展模式改革的第一动力。借助1+X证书系统，可以在该学科中形成一套完整的职业技能水平标准，该标准可以与人才培养目标，课程体系建设和师资队伍培训紧密结合。……
