探析新形势下机关车队存在问题的科学管理

摘 要：自八项规定发布以来，对形式主义、官僚主义、享乐主义和奢靡之风的整治收到了极大的成效，但是廉政建设任重而道远，在机关车队管理方面还是暴露出了一些问题，影响着政府的权威和形象，也不利于机关单位开展工作。笔者将结合当前机关车队中存在的一些问题进行阐述，并结合自身工作经验与社会形势提出针对性的建议，以期能够帮助机关车队更好地进行管理。

Analysis of the Scientific Management of the Existing Problems of the Government Automobile Fleet under the New Situation

Abstract：Since the issuance of the eight regulations， the rectification of formalism， bureaucracy， hedonism， and extravagance has received great results， but the construction of a clean government has a long way to go， and there are still some exposures in the management of government automobile fleet. The problem affects the authority and image of the government， and is not conducive to the work of government agencies. The author will combine some of the existing problems in the current government automobile fleet， and combine the authors work experience and social situation to put forward targeted suggestions， in order to help the better management of the government automobile fleet.

1 引言

今天我國的机关单位用车逐渐成为一个社会关注的热点问题，在八项规定出台前，不规范的用车现象以及用车过程中出现的种种贪污腐败问题等都得到了社会大众的热烈关注和讨论，也给机关单位本身带来了不好的影响，更加不利与机关单位工作的推进。那么如何做好机关单位的车队管理工作，不仅关系到机关单位本身的车辆使用和开支控制，也关系到整个政府系统的形象和权威，所谓牵一发而动全身，今天我们要破四风，开展廉政建设，车队管理也是其中的重要组成部分，不可忽视。笔者具有相关工作经验，也走访过一些单位，了解了他们管理车队的工作情况，笔者将综合这些因素进行叙述和考量。

2 我国当前公共车辆管理介绍
