高职机电一体化技术专业的现代学徒制落实对策

摘 要：随着我国改革开放的稳步推进，各行各业发展迅速，同时也带来了技能型人才的强劲需求。大量培养满足社会需求的高技能人才，实现制造业强国的战略目标，是政府、学校、企业及社会面临的共同挑战。现代学徒制职业教育模式强调校企一体化育人，被认定为工业社会职业教育的成功典范。目前，国务院、教育部等六部委、教育部都颁布了相关文件，现代学徒制正在试点与推进。本文从现代学徒制在高职机电一体化专业推进和落实中碰到的问题入手，提出了一些看法、思考和解决办法，为更好的推进现代学徒制教育模式的落实建言献策。

The Countermeasures for the Implementation of Modern Apprenticeship System for Mechatronics Technology Major in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract：With the steady progress of China's reform and opening up， various industries have developed rapidly， and at the same time it has brought a strong demand for skilled talents. It is a common challenge faced by the government， schools， enterprises， and society to cultivate a large number of high-skilled talents that meet the needs of society to realize the strategic goal of a strong manufacturing country. The modern apprenticeship vocational education model emphasizes the integration of school-enterprise education and is recognized as a successful model of vocational education in industrial society. At present， six ministries and commissions including the State Council and the Ministry of Education， and the Ministry of Education have all issued relevant documents， and the modern apprenticeship system is being piloted and promoted. This article starts with the problems encountered in the promotion and implementation of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational mechatronics majors， and puts forward some views， reflections and solutions to better promote the implementation of modern apprenticeship education models.

1 引言

現代制造业的生产，对操作人员的要求很高，既要求有丰富的专业知识，也要求有精湛的技艺，更需要有“精益求精，吃苦耐劳”的工匠精神。现代学徒制主张校企合作，校企双方共同培养学生（学徒），学校教师和企业导师构成“双导师”。校企双方共同进行课程的开发和设置，开发基于工作内容的专业课程，开设能够提升核心职业素养的课程，协同进行课程教学的实施。企业文化、工匠精神、质量意识等精髓真正融入课堂，便于学生就业后能够迅速胜任工作，为企业发展助力，真正实现职业院为社会输送高质量高技能专业人才的职能。
