汽车维修市场发展存在的问题及对策分析

摘 要：汽车维修市场是服务汽车产业的重要力量，是满足国民出行需求的关键保障，同时也是推动我国汽车产业健康发展的基础媒介。然而我国汽车维修市场在快速发展的过程中，却存在诸多的问题，严重影响到汽车产业的发展质量和效率。对此，本文结合汽车维修市场的发展现状，探析汽车维修市场在发展过程中，所存在的问题，提出相应的应对策略。

Analysis of Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Automobile Maintenance Market

Abstract：The automobile maintenance market is an important force serving the automobile industry， a key guarantee to meet the travel needs of the people， and a basic medium to promote the healthy development of my country's automobile industry. However， in the process of rapid development of my country's automobile maintenance market， there are many problems， which seriously affect the development quality and efficiency of the automobile industry. In this regard， this article， combining with the current development of the auto repair market， explores the problems that exist in the development of the auto repair market， and proposes corresponding countermeasures.

1 引言

在我國企业工业和市场经济快速发展的背景下，汽车保有量得到显著地提升，使得汽车维修行业获得迅速发展的机会。但社会对汽车维修市场的服务能力和维修质量的要求提高，使得汽车维修行业在满足社会发展需求的同时，得到发展和成长。然而在宏观层面上，我国汽车维修市场却在市场管理、自我调整、自我约束等层面存在诸多的问题。

2 汽车维修市场现状

2.1 市场规模

我国汽车维修市场是在修理海外车辆的过程中，逐渐发展起来的。通常来讲，汽车维修产业属于全新的产业模式，能够从运输附属产业发展为服务会场经济的支柱型产业，能够从传统的劳动型产业发展为拥有市场调节、作业分散、劳动密集、专业技术、服务延伸等性质的服务产业，可以广泛地为消费者、汽车产业、道路运输提供多元的维修服务。2015年底，参与维修经营行业的人员为323.74万人，汽车维修年产值约为5.023亿元。现阶段，我国汽车维修产业已经成为以综合检测为支撑，以三类维修为补充，以二类维修为基础，以一类维修为龙头的汽车维修网络。……
