非智力因素在提升英语学困生转化率中的作用探究

【摘    要】学困生的出现并非因为智力因素的影响，因此，教师在引导学困生的过程中应充分关注其非智力因素的影响，以便找到更有效的方式来促进学困生的有效转化。英语学科是学生学习的关键学科之一，在英语学困生转化的过程中，教师应充分关注学困生出现的原因，并积极地采取措施来促使学困生获得进步。

【Abstract】The emergence of students with learning difficulties is not due to the influence of intellectual factors. Therefore， teachers should pay full attention to the influence of their non-intellectual factors in the process of guiding students with learning difficulties in order to find more effective ways to promote the effective transformation of students with learning difficulties. English is one of the key subjects for students to learn. In the process of transforming students with learning difficulties in English， teachers should pay full attention to the reasons for the emergence of students with learning difficulties， and actively take measures to promote the progress of students with learning difficulties.

英語是教育中的主要学科之一，学生对于英语学科知识、技能、思维情感等的掌握与习得直接关系到其未来的发展。本文立足于教育教学实践的基础，充分结合教育教学的基本特点，针对提高英语学困生兴趣的方法进行有效融合，以便能够有效促使英语学困生的转化，促使学生英语综合能力的提升。

一、非智力因素的概念

所谓非智力因素实际上是一个相对概念，是指相对于智力因素而言的，他是一个非常宽泛的概念，可以具体地理解为不直接参与认知过程的心理因素，比如需要、兴趣、动机、情感、意志、性格等。从具体情况来看，这些因素对学生的学习动向、维持、强化等起到了积极的作用。

二、非智力因素在提升英语学困生转化率中的作用

从实际情况来看，非智力因素在提升英语学困生转化率的过程中起到了极其重要的作用，具体情况如下：
