可穿戴医疗设备专利现状分析

摘要：本文通过对国内可穿戴医疗设备的专利申请情况、国外来华的专利布局、可穿戴医疗设备专利分布情况、技术发展情况进行研究，分析了目前可穿戴医疗设备的专利申请现状，并通过对主要申请人进行分析，快速地了解在可穿戴医疗设备中的主要竞争对手，与此同时，梳理了可穿戴医疗设备的技术发展路线，明晰其技术发展路径，并合理预测了可穿戴医疗设备的未来发展方向。

Abstract： By analyzing the patent applications of domestic wearable medical devices， the patent layout of foreign countries in China， the patent distribution of wearable medical devices and the technological development， this paper analyzes the current patent application status of wearable medical devices. And by analyzing the main applicants， we can quickly understand the main competitors in wearable medical devices. At the same time， we combed the technical development route of wearable medical devices， clarified its technical development path， and reasonably predicted the future development direction of wearable medical devices.

目前，我国的可穿戴医疗设备仍然在产业发展初级阶段，其众多产品的实际作用由于产业环境和产品服务的原因，无法真正的发挥，使患者的需求无法得到真正的满足。为了掌握可穿戴技术在中国的专利申请整体情况[1]，本文重点研究了中国专利申请的变化趋势、各国在中国的专利申请情况、国外社区内确认的专利申请重点和差异等。

1 专利申请趋势

1.1 申请量趋势分析

图1显示了国内中国专利关于可穿戴技术的申请量和趋势。专利申请量总体呈上升趋势，具体来说，在2007年之前可穿戴技术刚刚起步，可穿戴医疗技术的概念也剛刚被提出，国外的科研和企业逐步开始由实验阶段进入实用阶段[2]，但国内由于技术敏感度低且发展节奏缓慢，因此这一时期的技术基本没有专利申请量，2007年后可穿戴技术逐渐引起国内申请人注意，初期专利申请量很小，国外来华申请人申请量占了较大比例，专利申请量从最初的几件，逐步增长到了几十件，并在2013年左右达到87件。……
