前瞻性护理干预对降低急性胆囊炎手术患者感染发生及住院时间的效果探讨

【摘要】目的：探究急性胆囊炎手术患者实施前瞻性护理干预后对降低患者感染发生率和住院时间的效果。方法：将2020年1月至2021年1月我院接收的60例急性胆囊炎手术病人作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法进行分组，将其分为实验组和参照组，每组各30例。参照组病人选择常规护理干预，实验组选择在参照组的基础上，实施前瞻性护理干预，比较两组病人在手术后的感染发生率和住院时间。结果：实验组病人在手术后的感染发生率明显低于参照组的感染发生率（P<0.05）;且实验组病人在手术后的住院时间明显低于参照组的住院时间（P<0.05）。结论：急性胆囊炎手术患者实施前瞻性护理干预，有利于降低病人术后的感染发生率，缩短病人住院时间，具有较高的临床应用价值，值得推广。

Effect of prospective nursing intervention on reducing the incidence of infection and hospital stay in patients with acute cholecystitis

[Abstract]Objective：To explore the effect of prospective nursing intervention on reducing the incidence of infection and hospital stay in patients with acute cholecystitis.Methods：60 patients with acute cholecystitis received in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were divided into experimental group and reference group，with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group chose routine nursing intervention，and the patients in the experimental group chose prospective nursing intervention on the basis of the reference group.The incidence of postoperative infection and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results：the incidence of postoperative infection in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group（P<0.05）;The hospitalization time of patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：prospective nursing intervention for patients with acute cholecystitis is helpful to reduce the incidence of postoperative infection and shorten the length of hospital stay.It has high clinical application value and is worth popularizing.

胆囊炎在临床上是比较常见的一种胆囊性疾病，此类疾病是由于胆汁成分的改变所引起的。近年来，因为迅速发展的物质生活，人们的饮食喜好渐渐地偏向至肉食化，从而使胆囊炎的发生率有着明显上升的趋势。治疗急性胆囊炎的方式主要有手术治疗以及药物治疗，对于比较严重的急性胆囊炎病人，临床上一般会利用外科手术对病人进行治疗，而手术治疗虽效果明显，但病人在手术后极易出现感染的情况[1]。而除了基础的治疗外，对急性胆囊炎手术病人实施有效的护理方式干预，有利于降低病人手术后出现感染的情况，也是促进病人康复的关键。……
