[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the medication compliance status of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension and its influence factors. Method: From December 2016 to March 2021, 200 pregnant women with hypertension during pregnancy in Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects, and their medication compliance was evaluated by using hypertension treatment compliance questionnaire. The low compliance rate of patients with different age, pregnancy history, abortion history, disease classification, emotional state, disease awareness, social support, education level, residence form, residence, income and combined underlying diseases was compared. Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of medication compliance in pregnant women with gestational hypertension. Result: Among 200 pregnant women with hypertension during pregnancy, 63 cases (31.50%) had low compliance. The lower compliance rates of pregnant women with different ages, pregnancy history and residence were compared, there were no statistically significant differences (P>0.05). The low compliance rate of patients with no history of abortion, gestational hypertension, anxiety and depression, low awareness of disease, low social support, low education level, floating population, low income and no underlying diseases was significantly higher than those of other patients, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that history of abortion, gestational hypertension, emotional state, disease awareness, social support, education level, residential form and combined underlying diseases were the influential factors for low compliance of pregnant women with gestational hypertension (P<0.05). Conclusion: The medication compliance of pregnant women with gestational hypertension needs to be improved, and the influencing factors are related to many aspects of the patients, so attention should be paid to the evaluation and intervention of the above aspects.
