电厂模件的管理和维护策略

摘 要：随着分散控制系统在电厂的应用越来越广泛和成熟，其自动化控制水平越来越高，真正实现了DCS“集中管理，风险分散”的控制理念。作为控制系统的运行平台和重要载體，模件在DCS的正常运行过程中有着至关重要的作用，良好的模件运行环境和优良的模件性能为实现控制功能和控制策略提供了可能。随着模件模块化、集成化程度的提高，对模件维护和管理的要求也越来越高，健康和稳定的模件运行平台才能保证电厂机组的安全高效运营。

The Management and Maintenance Strategy of Power Plant Modules

Abstract： With the application of DCS control system in power plants becoming more and more extensive and mature， its automation control level is getting higher and higher， and the control concept of "centralized management， risk dispersion" of DCS control system is truly realized.As the operating platform and important carrier of the control system， the module plays a vital role in the normal operation of the DCS control system. A good module operating environment and excellent module performance provide the possibility to realize the control function and control strategy. With the improvement of modularization and integration of modules， the requirements for module maintenance and management are getting higher and higher. Only a healthy and stable module operation platform can guarantee the safe and efficient operation of power plant units.

1 妈湾电厂机组DCS主要模件概况

深圳妈湾发电厂总装机容量当6×300 MW，6台机组主机及主要辅机选型基本相同。#1、#2机组控制系统采用ABB公司的INFI-90型分散控制系统（Distributed Control System，DCS）[1]，#3-#6机组采用新华公司的XDC800控制系统。两套系统在硬件设计及网络通信架构上不完全相同，但系统所采用的模件类型大同小异，实现的功能都是一样的。电厂DCS模件大致分为以下几类。

1.1 主控制模件

主控制模件是整个DCS的核心，也是整个系统运行平台的大脑，负责完成控制功能和控制策略，如INFI-90系统的MFP、BRC400控制器、新华XDC800系统的XCU控制器等。

1.2 I/O子模件

I/O子模件是电厂DCS中数量和种类最多的模件，负责完成过程数据的采集、指令和反馈的传递、功能和策略的执行输出等，如新华XDC800系统中的AI、DI卡件、LC卡等。

1.3 通信接口模件

通信接口模件是实现数据交换和功能控制的中间纽带，负责实现过程数据的交换、计算、上传下载等功能，如INFI-90系统的NIS、NPM、新华XDC800系统的X-NET模件以及光端机、交换机等。……
