摘 要:为了解决气动乳化技术及生物法的技术短板,研发了一种气动乳化-生物法废气净化新工艺及其组合设备,并研究了不同旋子数量、乳化层等因素与吸收效率的关系。最后,在广东省广州市某厂建立处理工业有机废气的气动乳化-生物过滤组合示范工程,研究气动乳化、生物法对有机废气组分的吸收效果。

Application Research of Pneumatic Emulsification-Biological Method Combination Technology in Industrial Organic Waste Gas Treatment

Abstract: In order to solve the technical shortcomings of pneumatic emulsification technology and biological method, a new pneumatic emulsification biological method waste gas purification process and its combined equipment were developed. At the same time, the relationship between absorption efficiency and different number of spindles, emulsifying layer and other factors was studied. Finally, a pneumatic emulsification biofiltration combined demonstration project for the treatment of industrial organic waste gas was established in a factory in Guangzhou to study the absorption effect of pneumatic emulsification and biological method on the components of organic waste gas.

與治理SO、NO和颗粒物污染物相比,含挥发性有机物(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOCs)废气的组成更复杂,治理体系也更复杂[1],涉及10多种技术及组合技术。在多数情况下,工业废气中可能同时含有多种污染物,为追求较高的处理效率,需要采用组合技术进行综合治理。
气动乳化吸收是强传质过程,可以显著提高污染物从气相进入液相的通量。市场上常用的气动乳化吸收塔一般采用水或者吸收剂作为吸收介质。虽然在气动乳化过程中吸收介质和污染物充分接触,但去除效率偏低,基本不能单独使用[2]。
生物法作为常见的有机废气净化技术,要求有稳定的菌种生存环境与较长的停留时间,导致生物塔体积过大。废气中有机物挥发性高、溶解度低、传质效率低,是影响生物净化能力发挥的限制性因素。
为了实现技术互补,本项目研发了一种气动乳化-生物法废气净化新工艺及其组合设备,研制高效气动乳化预处理器,并对其影响因素进行探索。
