建筑机电设备安装施工常见问题及应对措施

摘 要：本文主要结合某具体工程，阐述该工程中的电气工程安装要点，并分析机电设备安装施工过程中的常见问题以及应对策略。以期能够对后期相关工程的施工提供理论借鉴。

1 工程概況及范围

案例工程为安徽淮北宁丰木业年产40万m3定向刨花板（Oriented Strand Board，OSB）项目，建设单位为淮北宁丰木业有限公司，项目地点位于安徽省淮北市烈山区古饶镇土山村，设计单位为福建省林业勘察设计院。案例工程的施工起始点为车间低压柜出线端，结束点为设备用电点的动力电和控制电的安装，其中热能干燥安装至电机控制中心（Motor Control Center，MCC）柜的进线端，不含挖填土、铺砖填沙、预埋管线及防雷接地等土建工程。

2 电气安装工程

2.1 电缆线路工程

电缆需要以整齐状态排列在桥架内，其弯曲半径是外径的10倍;电缆的两头以及拐弯处应挂标识牌;竖井上的电缆头应固定牢靠、整齐;高压电缆头应由经过培训的熟悉工艺的人员制作;电缆过墙时保护套管应做密封处理。

2.2 盘柜及二次回路接线工程

按图纸尺寸预制好基础槽钢底座，放在预见埋铁上，用水平仪找平、找正。安装完毕后，将底座与接地干线相连接。完成盘柜施工图的安装之后，还需要将柜体与基础型钢进行有效连接，连接工具可以是镀锌螺栓。

2.3 配管及管内穿线工程

结合相关施工图纸内容对各种施工所用的支架、管弯、盒、箱等进行有效加工。……
