地下综合管廊钢模台车施工技术应用

摘 要：钢模台车由模板部分、门架体部分、行走系统、支撑机构、平移系统及其他附属装置组成。同时，利用液压系统、插销构件等组成铝塑模板的安拆固定系统，操作简便，工作效率极高，且安拆过程中不易变形，周转多次后质量依然较好。钢模台车现场拼装完后，利用行走轨道卷扬机牵引前行，直至管廊施工完成再拆卸，可实现2天一节的施工进度。相比传统木模施工，可节省工期约两个月。实践证明，综合管廊钢模台车应用既具有技术上的可行性，已成功运用于湘西经开区双河文教卫PPP项目学院路及张社大道综合管廊具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Construction Technology of Steel Formwork Trolley for

Underground Comprehensive Pipe Gallery

Abstract： The steel trolley consists of a template part， a door frame body part， a walking system， a supporting mechanism， a translation system and other auxiliary devices. At the same time， the use of hydraulic system， bolt components and other components of the aluminum template installation and disassembly fixed system， simple operation， high work efficiency， and installation and disassembly process is not easy to deformation， turnover after many times still have a high quality sense. After the steel trolley is assembled on site， it is pulled forward by the walking track winch until the pipe gallery construction is completed and then disassembled， which can realize the construction schedule of one section in two days. Compared with traditional wood mold construction can save the construction period of about two months. This technology has been successfully applied to xuanyuan Road and Zhangshe Avenue comprehensive pipe corridor of Shuanghe Culture， Education and Health PPP project in West Hunan Economic development Zone. The practice has proved that the application of steel formwork trolley in comprehensive pipe corridor is not only technically feasible， but also has good economic and social benefits.

湘西经开区双河文教卫新区PPP项目综合管廊属于张社大道及学院路延长线工程，其中张社大道综合管廊全长3.8 km，学院路综合管廊全长1.68 km，综合管廊标准断面尺寸2.7 m×2.4 m，标准节按9 m分节，共计472节。学院路综合管廊应用了钢模台车技术施工，在工期、质量、成本、安全等方面均取得了良好的效果。

工程进度方面，钢模台车施工技术在正式施工前已在工程内进行了深化设计、配模和试拼装。与传统木模施工工艺相比，采用钢膜台车施工不需要在现场进行二次切割配模，大大节约了现场所需的客观工艺间隔时间;同时，采用钢模台车浇筑，功效比传统模板高30%，装模、脱模速度快2～3倍，所用的人力是過去的1/5，极大地提升了装模工人的工作效率，大大缩减了正常装模时间;项目钢模台车采用早拆体系工艺，极具工艺特色的底料口，提高了模板周转效率，缩减了每节主体施工间隔时间。……
