海上大型装备作战试验特点及关键问题研究

摘 要：随着国家装备转型建设发展，航母、舰载机等海上大型装备逐渐成为我国海上主战力量，在把关装备作战效能和适用性考核、确保作战能力生成方面，作战试验作用日益突出。针对海上大型装备作战试验工作特点，分析了当前作战试验工作存在的困难与不足，对大型装备作战试验中的若干关键问题进行了初步思考，提出了一些发展建议，可为后续装备作战试验工作开展提供支撑。

Study on the Characteristics and Key Problem of Operational Test for Large Equipment at Sea

Abstract： With the development of the equipment construction for our country， some large equipment like aircraft carrier and carrier aircraft， has become the main battle force at sea. The role of the operational test is becoming increasingly prominent， which can give strict checks for tests of equipment’s combat effectiveness and applicability， and ensure the generating of the combat capability. According to the characteristics of operational test for large equipment at sea， the shortages of operational test were analyzed， and some key problems were discussed preliminarily， and some development proposals were proposed， which can provide support for the follow-up operational test of equipment.

装备作战试验是通过“实战”揭示装备作战效能、作战适用性和体系贡献度的实践性工作，是一项贯穿装备寿命周期的系统性工作，是为装备决策部门提供决策支持信息的服务性工作。随着中国特色军事变革的深化发展，我国的武器装备建设进入了自主创新、自成体系发展的新阶段，新的大型装备不断出现。在海上，随着新时期的战略转型，航母、舰载机等新的大型装备成为主战力量，为充分考核装备的实战能力，确保装备“能用、管用、好用”，作战试验工作的开展[1-3]尤为关键。本文针对海上大型装备作战试验的开展，从装备作战试验工作特点、装备作战试验面临的困难、装备作战试验开展方法等几个方面进行了初步研究与思考。

相对于雷弹、枪械、通信等装备，航母、两栖攻击舰、潜艇、舰载飞机和直升机等海上装备，具有体系结构庞大、技术高度集成、维修保障难度大等特点，属于海上大型装备体系。……
