手术通知单申请与排班系统应用及分析

摘  要： 用电子手术通知单取代传统纸质单，利用信息化手段提高手术通知单申请效率，以提高手术相关科室的医疗质量，是现代医院手术室管理的必然趋势。文章介绍了手术通知单申请与排班系统的整个开发过程，详细描述了手术通知和排班中对各种条件的逻辑判断。系统的应用提高了临床工作质量及效率，基本实现手术管理自动化和手术资源信息的共享，也方便了手术科室合理安排手术间和参与人员。

Abstract： It is an inevitable trend of operating room management in modern hospital to replace the traditional paper-based form with electronic operation notice， and improve the application efficiency of operation notice by means of information technology， so as to improve the medical quality of operation related departments. This paper introduces the whole development process of the operation notice applying and operation scheduling system， and describes in detail the logical judgment of various conditions in the operation notice and operation scheduling. The application of the system improves the quality and efficiency of clinical work， basically realizes the automation of operation management and the sharing of operation resource information， and also facilitates the operation department in the reasonable arrangement of operating room and participants.

0 引言

手術室是医院的重要医疗资源，也是医院收入的重要来源和支出的重要组成部分[1]。由于手术室的配置和运营非常昂贵，外科手术越来越专业化和复杂化，临床科室对手术空间和时间的竞争也变得激烈，手术需求的增长速度已经超出常规手术室设施的承受能力[2]。随着医院信息化的快速发展，医院管理部门日益重视利用信息化手段来经营和管理医院，其中手术科室所产生的利润占据了医院一大部分份额。为了有效最大程度的利用现有手术室，提高手术质量，节约手术室资源，手术通知单管理电子化、自动化是现代的手术室管理的必然趋势。结合医院信息化建设，整合医院手术室资源，创建现代化的手术管理模式，使医院整体资源能够更高效运转[5]。

1 开发环境简介

系统设计为C/S架构，系统基于我院HIS生产库Microsoft SQL Server 2005数据库环境，数据库服务器：Windows 2008 Server R2;开发操作系统平台为Windows 7。……
