河南省经济结构现状及优化升级问题研究

摘   要： 近年来，随着国家经济结构调整的不断深入，河南省迎来了全面发展的新时期。河南省经济结构在不断优化的同时，结构性矛盾仍然比较突出，主要表现在内需动力不足，产业结构层次低，支柱、重点行业不明显，城乡居民收入差距较大，三大产业就业结构不合理等方面。针对以上问题，结合河南省经济结构的实际状况，其经济结构战略性调整应发挥政府职能，合理分配资源;深入实施乡村振兴战略;加快新型城镇化进程;推进产业结构优化升级。只有这样，河南省经济结构优化升级问题才能真正得到根本改善。

Abstract： In recent years， with the deepening of national economic restructuring， Henan Province has ushered in a new period of all-round development. With the continuous optimization of the economic structure in Henan Province， the structural contradictions are still relatively prominent， which are mainly manifested in the following aspects： the lack of domestic demand power， the low level of industrial structure， the lack of pillar and key industries， the large income gap between urban and rural residents， and the unreasonable employment structure of the three major industries. In view of the above problems， combined with the actual situation of Henan Provinces economic structure， the strategic adjustment of its economic structure should exert the governments functions， reasonably allocate resources， deeply implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy， speed up the process of new urbanization， and promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.Only in this way can the optimization and upgrading of Henans economic structure be fundamentally improved.

一、河南省经济结构现状分析

（一）河南省产业结构现状

农业是我国国民经济的重要支柱，河南省是我国农业的重要省份。近几年，河南省在大力发展农业这一重要产业的同时，也加大了新兴的以高新技术为主要支持的工业以及生产性服务业的各项投入。这种多方面的投入旨在保持省内产业结构各方面的平衡，同时也可以极大地促进省内产业结构进入更高的层次。随着经济的不断发展以及改革开放的不断推进，河南省的产业结构发生了实质性的转变：第一产业的比重呈下降趋势，而第三产业则稳步上升。从国家统计局的官方最新公布的数据可以看到，就2018年河南省全省的GDP总产值达48055.86亿元，这一数据相比较2017年增长7.8%[1]。
