玻璃轻石在循环水养鱼中的应用研究

摘  要：习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的提出，特别是坚持新发展理念、坚持人与自然和谐共生、坚持在发展中保障和改善民生，为循环水的应用实施提供了重要的理论基础。工厂化循环水养殖模式是解决环境污染、提高水产品质量的有效途径，以“循环水养鱼技术”为核心的封闭循环水水产养殖提高了渔业发展水平，成为实现渔业增长方式转变的有效途径，符合节能、环保，节地、节约用水的经济发展方向。

Abstract： The proposal of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era provides an important theoretical basis for the application and implementation of recycled water， especially for adhering to the new concept of development， maintaining harmony between man and nature， and ensuring and improving people's livelihood in the course of development.The model of industrial circulating aquaculture is an effective way to solve environmental pollution and improve the quality of aquatic products.It has raised the level of fishery development and the effective way to realize the transformation of fishery growth mode， which conforms to the economic development direction of energy conservation， environmental protection， land saving and water saving.

1  項目背景及淮安市现状

当前中国经济已进入由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段，这对国内不同区域实现高质量发展提出了新的要求，作为长江经济带和大运河文化带上的重要城市，淮安市坚持生态优先、绿色发展，自觉遵循“共抓大保护、不搞大开发”战略导向，全力推动建设淮河生态经济带，着力推进全流域生态建设与环境保护，打造淮河生态经济带示范区;大力实施主体功能区战略，明确生态功能分区，加强生态保护和自然修复，提高生态产品供给能力。马头镇是国家级“台湾农民创业园”核心区、江苏淮安国家农业科技园核心区，境内水网纵横，是黄河、淮河、运河交汇之地，在新时期发展过程中，水环境保护和优化任务艰巨，马头镇的全面发展不仅对淮安市实现高质量发展起着重要作用，对江苏省乡村振兴和美丽乡村建设起着重要的示范作用。……
