提高现阶段高中班主任班级管理效率的策略探讨

摘  要：班级管理是学校德育体系中的重要组成，同时也是营造良好班风的必经之路。班级管理的高效性对学生的未来发展有着重要的影响。高中生处在身心健康发展的重要时期，班主任在班级管理中应落实立德树人的根本任务，以促进高中生全面发展为目的，通过科学的手段和策略，组织开展形式多样的班级活动，利用个性化评价关注学生的发展，为高中生的成长提供愉快、自主的学习环境，营造出积极向上的氛围，塑造良好的班风。现阶段高中班级管理中，由于受到传统教育思维定势的束缚，以及高考升学等压力的影响，班主任在班级管理中的效率亟待提升。特别是在新课改不断推进深入的当下，注重学生全面发展成为教育的主要方向，班级管理的创新发展也显得非常重要。因此，对如何提升高中班主任班级管理的效率进行探讨有着重要意义。该文分析了现阶段高中班主任班级管理中存在的问题，并提出了提高班级管理效率的策略。

Abstract： Class management is an important part of the school's moral education system， and it is also the only way to create a good class atmosphere. The efficiency of class management has an important influence on the future development of students. Senior high school students are in an important period of physical and mental health development. The head teacher should implement the fundamental task of moral education in class management with the purpose of promoting the comprehensive development of high school students， organize and carry out various types of class activities through scientific methods and strategies. Use personalized evaluation to focus on the development of students， provide a pleasant and autonomous learning environment for the growth of high school students， create a positive atmosphere， and create a good class style. At this stage， high school class management is subject to traditional education thinking. Due to the influence of constraints and the pressure of entering colleges and universities， the efficiency of the class teacher in class management needs to be improved. Especially at the moment when the new curriculum reform is constantly advancing and deepening， focusing on the overall development of students has become the main direction of education， and the innovative development of class management is also very important. Therefore， it is of great significance to discuss how to improve the efficiency of class management of high school head teachers. The article analyzes the existing problems in the class management of high school head teachers at this stage， and proposes strategies to improve the efficiency of class management.
