医院图书馆开展延伸服务的实践方法研究

摘  要：医院图书馆开展延伸服务就是将医学图书馆的社会价值充分展现，将其服务性能与社会接轨，为广大人民群众和众多的患者提供福祉，也为在职医护人员的学习建立了基础。该文首先阐述了医学图书馆延伸服务的含义及其重要性，进而通过分析与借鉴国外的一系列做法，延伸医院图书馆的作用、方法等探讨我国医院图书馆开展延伸服务的实践方法。

Abstract： The extension service of hospital library is to fully display the social value of medical library， to connect its service performance with the society， to provide well-being for the masses of the people and many patients， and to establish a foundation for the learning of medical staff. This paper first expounds the meaning and importance of the extended service of medical library and then through the analysis and reference of a series of foreign practices，the role and methods of hospital libraries are extended to explore the practical methods of developing extended services in Chinese hospital libraries.

我国医院图书馆通常是作为医学专业人员的内部图书馆。随着各国都加大了对健康科学和生物医学研究的投入，医学信息量越来越庞大，同时，互联网和移动终端的广泛应用，医学信息的传播范围和传播速度得到了大幅度提升。由于信息技术和数据库带来的便利，大部分的医学专业人员都不再踏入医院图书馆，因此，医院图书馆的可持续发展，是人们的重点关注所在。并且，伴随着生活水平的提升，人们开始越来越注重充实自身的医疗常识和保健意识，对于相关书籍的需求量呈大幅度提升态势，其中一部分医院图书馆正逐步对社会大众进行开放，这为医院图书馆的发展带来机遇的同时，也存在着一定的挑战。信息时代背景下，医院图书馆必须自主开展延伸服务，对其先进和丰富的信息资源以及人力资源加以运用，使其社会价值得以充分实现[1]。
